My Own Yoga Mat Spray - Good Clean Health

My Own Yoga Mat Spray

I made my own yoga mat spray and I think you should too! It cleans and freshens your yoga mat. As I am flowing into poses, uniting with my breath or getting blissed out in Savasana the sent of my essential oils heightens the whole experiences. You can get creative with the oils you use depending on the spiritual, physical or emotional benefit you are most needing. I made a lavender one which stimulates your throat chakra which helps you with clear expression and communication. I also made a tee tree, peppermint blend which stimulates the heart chakra  opening your heart and upping your love game for yourSELF and those around you. I love these so much I even used them as a linen spray. I use the spray on my pillow and I sleep like a baby. I think these would make such a thoughtful gift too!

RECIPE: I used a 2oz glass bottle. I filled it with distilled water (you can use spring water or any pure water) and 12 drops of young living essential oil. #nightnight #yoga #yogi #blissedout #diy #yogamatspray #lavender #younglivingessentialoils #essentialoils #goodcleanblog #namaste #omshanti #iinphoto #chakras #bepresent #gratitude #tryit #iinweekend #stressrelief #homemade
